Settings → Profile is your sign-in identity. Everything here is managed by our sign-in
provider, so changes take effect on every device at once.
What you can change
- Profile: your name and photo. The name appears at the bottom of the sidebar and on
the printed envelope’s Prepared by line.
- Email addresses: add a second address, choose the primary, remove an old one. Each
new address is verified with a code.
- Connected accounts: link or unlink Google as a sign-in method. This is separate
from the Gmail audit.
- Security: change your password, register a passkey, and review active
devices with the option to sign any of them out.
A passkey is the quickest way in on a device you use often. Register one here, then use
Use passkey instead on the sign-in screen.
