Practice details holds the name, contact email, phone, website and city that print on the leave-behind. Save details applies them to the next print and to the referral emails. Your link shows the link name, the address on the leave-behind and the registration date. The link name is fixed because it is printed on paper. Contact us if it must change. The same summary appears under Settings → Practice with an Open practice tools button.
