Register your practice - Secure My Legacy Help

Open Settings → Practice → Register your practice, or go to /practice directly. The page shows the registration form until a practice exists.

The form

Field	Notes
Practice name	Printed on the leave-behind and shown to clients who sign up from it.
Link name	Suggested from the name; edit it before you print. It becomes `app.securemylegacy.cloud/signup?ref=<link-name>` and is fixed once registered, because it is on paper.
Contact email	Where we reply about referrals.
Phone, Website, City	Printed in the leave-behind footer. City defaults to Auckland.

Register practice creates it and opens the leave-behind so you can print straight away.

Choose the link name carefully. It cannot be changed from the app afterwards; contact us if it must change.

Practice appears in the sidebar with five tabs: Clients, Leave-behind, Refer an estate, Clause template and Practice details.
The page heading becomes your practice’s name.
Settings → Practice shows the leave-behind address and contact, with Open practice tools.
