When a client’s family comes back after a death, refer them here. We close the accounts, memorialise the profiles, cancel the subscriptions and hand the executor a one-page report. Quoted per estate after a short call with the family; you keep the relationship and nothing is charged from the form.

The form

Field	Notes
Whose accounts	The person who has died.
Family contact, Their email	The executor or next of kin we should call.
Relationship to the deceased	Daughter, executor, partner.
Date of death	Optional.
Roughly how many accounts	If the client ran an Account Audit with us, we use it.
Anything we should know	Accounts that matter most, what has already been closed, whether probate has been granted.

Refer this estate sends it. We contact the family within one business day.

Following a referral

Each referral appears on the right as Estate of the person, with our status:

Status	Meaning
Received	In our queue.
In touch	We have spoken to the family.
Quoted	A quote has gone to the family.
Closed	Done, or not proceeding.

The family follows the detailed progress from their own Family Cleanup screen.
