The four sections
Each section is its own panel with a text area, a Completed switch and a Save button. A tick appears in the heading once it is complete, and an Updated date shows when it was last saved.Digital assets letter
Digital assets letter
A signed letter naming your executor and authorising them to access, close or
memorialise your online accounts. Give a copy to your lawyer to attach to the will
(RUFADAA language for US estates; a digital-assets clause for New Zealand and
Australia). Practices using Secure My Legacy have a matching
clause template.
Vault access instructions
Vault access instructions
Where your credentials live and how the executor gets in: the password manager
emergency kit, the printed sheet in the safe, the phone passcode envelope. Never the
passwords themselves. Your Vault entries are the raw material.
Account inventory
Account inventory
Every service your executor will need to close, transfer or keep. Generate from
audit fills it from the Account Audit, one line per open
account with its domain, category and last activity, critical accounts starred. Edit
the result freely; regenerate after a re-scan.

What should happen to each account: memorialise Facebook, download the photo library,
close the subscriptions, transfer the domain names. This is what our
Family Cleanup team follows.
