The inventory

The inventory is the list of online services you use: one row per account, with a name, a domain, a category, a status and the date of the last activity we saw. It comes from three places, and the Account Audit table shows them all together: An account is Active, Inactive (nothing seen for more than twelve months) or Closed (you marked it so). It is Critical when losing it would lock the family out of other things: the primary email, the password manager, the phone carrier, the bank.

The Vault

The Vault is not a password vault. It answers one question per entry: where would my executor find this credential? A printed emergency kit in the fire safe, a sealed envelope with the lawyer, the passcode card in the desk. Entries can be linked to an audited account; the share of open accounts with a linked entry is your audit coverage on the Dashboard.

The envelope

The Executor Kit is four sections you write (a digital assets letter, vault access instructions, the account inventory and a final wishes document) plus the executors you name. Print executor envelope lays it out in plain black on white. That printed page is the product: it lives with the will, and it does not depend on us.

Executors

An executor is a person you name in the kit, with an email, a phone and a relationship. Executors receive nothing from us until you hand them the envelope. The Standby Plan lets you mark each one Verified after you have confirmed their details are current.

Plans

Every signed-in user has the Community plan and the Account Audit. Executor Kit adds the Vault, the kit and Family Cleanup. Standby adds the Standby Plan and recurring scans. Locked features show a padlock in the sidebar and an upgrade prompt on the page; see Plans and billing.

Practices and referrals

A practice is an estate law firm or trustee company that has registered on the Practice screen. It prints a leave-behind carrying a link of the form /signup?ref=<link-name>. Someone who signs up from that link is referred: the practice sees a progress summary (audit run, envelope sections done, executors named, plan) and nothing else. The referred person can switch that sharing off or remove the link at any time from Settings → Your data.

Family Cleanup

A cleanup request is what you (or a family member using your account) submit when someone has died. Our team opens a case, imports the inventory, chooses an outcome per account (memorialise, close, cancel a subscription, download data, and so on) and works it. You see account-level progress, the documents we need from you and a timeline, on the same screen where the request was made.
