The printed envelope is the product. It is plain black on white, one document, and it works without Secure My Legacy.

What prints

In order:
  1. Executor envelope, a line to sign and date, and Open in the event of my death or incapacity. If a practice referred you, a line naming them as the holder of the will.
  2. Executors: each name, relationship, email and phone.
  3. Digital assets letter
  4. Vault access instructions
  5. Account inventory, which starts on a new page so it can be replaced on its own after a re-scan.
  6. Final wishes document
  7. The footer: Secure My Legacy never stores passwords. Credentials are wherever this envelope says they are.
A section you have not completed prints as (not completed) so the executor knows it was left blank on purpose rather than lost.

Printing

1

Finish the sections

Save each one and flip Completed. Regenerate the inventory if you have re-scanned.
2

Print executor envelope

The button at the top of the Executor Kit opens the browser’s print dialog. Choose a printer or Save as PDF.
3

Sign, seal, file

Sign the first line. Put the pages in an envelope with the will, or with your lawyer’s deed packet, and tell your executor where it is.
Because the inventory starts on its own page, you can reprint just that section after a re-scan and swap it into the envelope without touching the rest.

Keeping it current

The Standby Plan reminds you to re-run the audit monthly or quarterly and to reprint when the inventory changes. Deleting your data from Settings changes nothing on paper, which is the point.
