An inventory is only useful if it is current. The Standby Plan keeps it that way. It is part of the Standby plan; on other plans the page explains what it does and links to Billing.

Recurring review

Under the settings, Last audit shows when the inventory was last refreshed and Next review when the next reminder falls. Save settings applies changes; the Dashboard’s Standby Plan panel shows the same next-review date.

Executor verification

Each executor named in the Executor Kit is listed with their email and phone. Mark verified records that you have confirmed the details are current, with the date; Unverify clears it. A verified contact is who we notify when the inactivity clock runs out. If no executor is named yet, the panel links to the Executor Kit to add one.

Why the 24 months matter

Google deletes an account that has not been used for two years, and the email, photos and recovery codes for everything else go with it. A yearly reminder to sign in is a small thing; losing the recovery address for the bank is not.
