Most people leave somewhere between 60 and 300 online accounts behind. Nobody has the list. Secure My Legacy makes the list, puts it in a printed envelope with the will, and keeps it current, without ever holding a single password.

What it does

Account Audit

A read-only scan of two years of your inbox turns receipts, statements and sign-in notices into an inventory of the services you use. Free, for everyone.

Vault

Records where each credential lives, the password manager, the safe, the lawyer, so your executor can find them. Never the credential itself.

Executor Kit

Four sections and your named executors, printed in plain black on white. Seal it with the will. It works even if we disappear.

Standby Plan

A recurring re-scan, alerts before Google’s two-year inactivity deletion, and a verified executor contact.

Family Cleanup

When the call comes, we close the accounts, memorialise the profiles and cancel the subscriptions, and hand the executor a one-page report.

For practices

Estate lawyers and trustee companies print a co-branded leave-behind for every will they sign and see how far each referred client has got.

The one rule

No passwords are ever stored. Not in the Vault, not in the Executor Kit, not in the Gmail scan. The Vault refuses anything that looks like a password, the Gmail token is used once and discarded, and only a sender’s domain, display name, message count and last-seen date are kept from the scan. If Secure My Legacy vanished tomorrow, the printed envelope would still work and nothing of yours would be exposed.

How it fits together

1

Audit

Run the Account Audit against Gmail, or load the sample inventory to see how it works. Mark the accounts that matter as critical.
2

Record where things are

Add Vault entries for the password manager’s emergency kit, the phone passcode, the deed packet. Link them to audited accounts.
3

Write the envelope

Fill the four Executor Kit sections, name your executors, generate the inventory from the audit, and print.
4

Keep it current

The Standby Plan reminds you to re-scan, watches the inactivity clock and keeps your executor’s details verified.
5

When it is needed

Your family opens the envelope. If they want help, they request Family Cleanup and follow its progress from the same screen.
